Hedgehog

The hedgehog live in Africa, Asia and Europe.

BASIC INFORMATION:
They can live 8 years, but in Spain they only live 3 or 4 years.
Hedgehog are not exclusively insectivores but are omnivorous. They feed on insects, snails, frogs and toads, snakes, bird eggs, carrion, mushrooms, grass roots, melons and watermelons.
Depending of the species, the gestation period is 35-58 days. The average litter is 3-4 hedgehog, for larger species and 5-6 for smaller ones.

Pigs

The pigs can be domestical, and it's herbivore.

BASIC INFORMATION:
The gestation period lasts 114 days.
In the freedom the pigs can live 10 or 15 years. Can have between 10 and 12 pigs. The breastfeeding lasts between 21 and 28 days.
In the year 2001 in China had 454 million pigs, in United States had 59 million, in Brazil had 29 million, in Germany had more than 25 million, and Spain had 23 million.

Wolf

The wolf is a mammal and carnivore. The dogs more similar to wolves are huskies, akita and alaska.

BASIC INFORMATION: 
The wolves can lives in a forest, in a mountain, meadows...
They weigh between 32 and 62 kg. But some wolves can weigh 77 kg. They run 10km/h, and can run 65km/h.
While the wolf run , can jump 5 meters.
The puppies weigh 0'5 kg, and these blind at birth and deaf. The gestation period lasts 60-63 days.
The wolf eat meat.

Elephants

There are three species of elephants:
- African savannah elephant
- African forest elephant
- Asian elephant

BASIC INFORMATION: 
The elephant can live between 50 and 70 years. But there was one who lived more than this, 82 years, already died.
When the elephant was born, weighs 120 kg.
The elephant it's the most big earth animal in the world.

Giraffe

The giraffe it's from Africa. It's the most tall earth animal. She use her long neck for eat the more high leaves of trees.
The giraffe can eat for 16 to 20 hours.
They live 20 or 26 years and go in groups for 20.

Dolphins

The dolphin is an aquatic mammal. Is carnivore, excellent swimmer and live in warm and temperate seas.

BASIC INFORMATION: 
The dolphins live for 25 or 30 years de big dolphins, and 50 years the little dolphins.
The dolphins eating fish, shrimp, squid... But the favourite food is sardines. And live in Mallorca and Marineland aquatic park.
